At Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. Our state-of-the-art facilities provide a conducive environment for academic, artistic, and physical development, ensuring that every student thrives.

Let’s take a closer look at the facilities available to our students:

Administration Block
Completed in 1960, our Administration Block houses various administrative offices, including the staff common room, Assistant Academics, Administration, Headmistress’s Office, Accounts Office, Bursar’s Office, Assistant Domestic Headmistress’s Office, and Senior House Mistresses’ Office. Positioned strategically, it serves as a deterrent to wayward behavior, with staff having a clear view of campus activities.

Assembly Hall
Named after Mrs. Sarah Wilson, a former headmistress, our Assembly Hall stands prominently at the entrance of Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School. It serves as a central gathering place for school events, fostering a sense of community among students and staff.

School Library
Our library center aims to promote reading, comprehension, and analysis skills among students. It houses an ultra-modern Library Complex built by MOGA National, which includes the ICT Lab and E-Learning Center. With a vast collection of resources and dedicated staff, the library is a hub of knowledge and learning.

Science Resource Center
Refurbished by 1989, 1988, 1994 and 1996 MOGA year groups, our Science Resource Center accommodates laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, agriculture, and ICT. It provides students with hands-on experience and fosters a deep understanding of scientific principles.

Classroom Blocks
Named Excellence, Discipline, Integrity, and Innovation, our classroom blocks provide conducive spaces for academic instruction. Equipped with modern amenities and comfortable seating, these blocks are where learning comes to life.

ICT Laboratory
Our school has upgraded its ICT infrastructure, including ultra-fast internet connectivity and a well-resourced computer lab within the library complex. This enables students to conduct research, complete assignments, and develop digital literacy skills essential for the 21st century.

Visual Arts Studio
Our Visual Arts Studio provides space for students interested in visual arts. Equipped with art supplies and tools, it encourages students to explore various forms of artistic expression, including drawing, painting, ceramics, textiles, and leather works.

Sewing Center
Supporting students interested in sewing and related crafts, our Sewing Center offers opportunities to learn sewing techniques and garment construction. It provides students with practical skills in garment design, pattern making, and sewing, fostering creativity and innovation in fashion and textiles.

Dining Hall
Originally constructed in 1960 for 450 students, our dining hall has since been renovated and expanded to accommodate 2,500 students. It provides nutritious meals in a comfortable and welcoming environment, ensuring that students are fueled for success.

Sick Bay
Our dedicated Sick Bay provides a space for treating sick students within the school premises. Staffed by trained medical personnel, it ensures the health and well-being of our students at all times.

Sports Field
