Houses
At Mfantsiman Girls Senior High School, there are seven houses named after the past Headmistresses of the school. They are Addo, Butler, Chinery, Croffie, Engmann, Scotton, and Yeboah.
History:Established in March 2021, Addo House quickly grew from 285 to 658 students, excelling in various school competitions despite its youth.
